I just had to replace this after 6 years, but only for the one I used for sweaters/jackets - so I do not recommend them for heavier garments. The pegs are fairly small and slippery, but my hats and accessories have done well on them over the past several years. Overall, if you’re looking for a quick, cheap solution for many light items, these will get the job done. If you’re looking for something more heavy duty to stand the test of time and wear/tear, these are not the best option.

For the price, I assumed this would be a "good enough" product to hold what I wanted it to hold- bits of lovely ribbon at the end of a roll.It is perfect for that. The mechanism allowed me to decide on a narrow width so I could hang it vertically. The hooks in back assume a horizontal hanging position but because this is so light-weight I used a product made by 3M (for hanging posters in a dorm room) to secure the hooks to the wall. My daughter commandeered the remaining hook for necklaces and is quite happy with it.As far as heavier items, these would not be sturdy enough or have large enough knobs to hang something bulky.

This was easy to use and put on the wall. However, some of the Wood was split when we opened the package. We used a thin coat of wood glue to seal the areas and super glue to reinforce the knobs.For the price, the extra steps were worth it, but I would say it could stand to be a bit cheaper too.As far as the way it holds hats, we used this for a toddler. The knobs are too close for all his fitted caps so you have to alternate which means some are not usable. That units don’t expand far enough apart for standard fitted caps.Advice: measure the cap length and width first and put them side by side, and compare it to the size of the hook before purchase

So these were a great value and served their exact purpose for me which was to hang coffee mugs on the wall- I was worried that they wouldn't hold because they do feel kind of cheap, but as long as they're nailed in well it didn't seem to be a problem for me. Also, not the most attractive, but with coffee mugs on them it pretty much covered up the racks all together.

Dislike how it’s not very stable I have no idea how people can hold their mugs on it we have one in our room and two in our daughters room. Ours just holds jewelry but it already feels wobbly. It has are two very thin flat circle like metal loops to put a screw through to hold it in place my two year old already has ripped it out of the wall ripping off the metal loop thinks from the wood itself. But when it comes down to it, if you aren’t super picky or only putting little things on it, it’s really a good deal for the price.

Nice little hate rack, only issue is the length of the stubs, they are about a inch or so long. My hats like to fall off. It works, but when I remove one hat I end up picking up two to rehang. Well made, nice finish, just a bit short. Worth the buy

Great buy for the money. These are cheaply built racks but they are sturdy enough for lightweight items. They have a "popsicle stick" feel to them and certainly look it as well. They have 2 installation hooks per rack. I used a bit of wood filler on a few cracks but I already had that on hand so it wasn't a problem and I spray painted them to match the decor in the room. They'll be used to hang hats and they are great for that. I think I got a good deal at three racks for one price. Shipping was fast too.

These expandable wooden racks suit the purpose for which I purchased them, However, they are cheaply made, the pegs are short, and they are small. I used one to hang necklaces and another to hang three caps. These will not hold anything heavy such as towels or bathrobes.
