Been using folded aluminum pans o final process dehydrated chicken feet in the large oven. They have a limited life, tend to buckle, and are hard to clean.Six of these trays were about the same price as the folded ones. They will last or a lifetime. They are a bit hotter when out of the 170 degree oven, but the sturdiness and ease of cleaning can't be best. And, they take up less space on the shelf.

We do a community dinner for 130 to 250 hungry neigbors every Sunday and so we need a lot of hotel pans. While these are relatively light weight we have had no problems with warping or bending They clean easily if you spray them with cooking oil before you fill them. These are also very inexpensive! And for us, a perfect purchase!

Nice pans

I purchased these to make lasagna for a large group. Food didn’t stick and they worked well. So far they have not scratched or warped. I host several party’s a year and theses will come in handy. I only wish that I would have purchased the lids with them.

The pans are solid and look great. My biggest complaint is that they don't nest with my other pans of this size from other manufactures. I have to stack these separate from my other 4" deep which is pretty crazy. Other than that, for this price point they are very good.

We actually use these as feed pans for our flock of sheep. They hold up to the weather. They are easy to clean.

Its not very thick gauge but is fine. Does the job and easy to clean. Sharp edges so be careful, I cut myself on one. Not bad, just beware.

They are sturdy and easy to clean; however, the edges are a little sharp, be careful, I did get small cut from the edge. I wish they were just a little narrower (maybe 1/16 of an inch), The description says, "Overall Size: 20.8 x 12.8 x 4 inch", my measurements show them at 13 inches wide and not 12.8 inches, so they don't fit into my Cambro warmer.If they were the size advertised, I would have rated them higher.
