Been buying these lights for a couple of years now. Been converting a bunch of big-box store ones over to these at two different houses. Seem to seal well and have the adjustable shade which is handy. Not the cheapest, but sooo much better than the junk I'm replacing. I even change the bulbs out at christmas time to give red / green lights on the house. After they've weathered a couple of years be careful not to cross-thread the aluminium when changing out bulbs, with a little patience they'll thread on fine.

We recently purchased this landscape spotlight based on our landscaper's recommendation, and it has truly impressed us! Setting it up and wiring it to our transformer was a breeze—thanks to its user-friendly design, we had it up and running in no time. The spotlight itself not only looks great but also performs exceptionally well. It effectively lights up the designated area, highlighting our landscaping features beautifully. These lights are so nice. i am very happy with them. Very well made. great price and you can change the bulbs to different colors for the holidays.

I installed four of these 12 volt spotlights to uplight the front of our house. The shadowing looks great; It adds a bit of drama to the overall lighting. The lights' bodies are metal construction and feel rugged. The glass lens assembly screws on, with a rubber O-ring for a water resistant fit. The ground stake is made of plastic, which is obviously a cost saving thing. Not thrilled about the plastic, but the low price makes up for it. I prefer 2700K color lighting, so I swapped out the included 3000K bulbs. The color hue difference is subtle, but since MR16 LED bulbs don't cost much I decided to do it. I paid $19 on Amazon for box of six 4W 2700K bulbs. Don't forget that you will need a 12V AC or DC landscape lighting transformer to power these "low voltage" lights. The included lamps are rated 4-watts (12 Volts @ 0.33 Amps each), so pick a transformer that will handle the combined wattage of ALL your lights, plus at least 25% extra wattage to prevent overloads. Lastly, I used 12AWG and 14AWG landscape lighting wire and buried it at least 8 inches deep. Both are heavy gauge wire that avoids voltage drop on long runs. And their thick insulation protects against minor garden shovel accidents when planting flowers. Pros: Low cost, metal construction, simple installation, replaceable MR16 style LED bulb. Cons: Nothing major, has plastic ground stake.

I typically don't write reviews.. this requires one... Let me get right to it. 1. I used 14 Ga wire (HomeDepot) don't use 12Ga it can work but its a bit to big for the Connector 2. Purchased the JACKYLED connectors (Each light requires 2 Connectors).. very easy to use... saved so much time * I wasn't sure if the Main wires needed to be connected to a specific Flood light wire or not so, my cables (14 Ga & Flood light) were marked.... one with words on one side and one without on the other side.... (And i got mixed replies when asking this question), so to be safe I matched the wires up , Words on the 14 Ga to Words on the flood light and no words on the 14 Ga to No words on the flood light. (Cant go wrong doing it this way...... When you look at the cables this will make sense.)... Yep the connector is water proof. 3. These lights are TRUE SPOT lights and NOT flood lights.. so they shine BRIGHT. in the middle picture, the light is being shined on the second floor window from a light out in my yard... Needless to say i just bought 8 more lights to do the other side of my home. SO DONT WAIT ANY LONGER... press the ORDER button, you will be happy you did. I'm very happy with the purchase...

The project was not easy as I had to bury 300 feet of 10 gauge wire in what felt like 300 degree weather to install these 12 lights, but my house really does look amazing. I love the brightness and color temperature of the lights. They seem well made too. I’m actually going to order some spares in case one fails, gets hit by the landscaper, etc. so the replacement will match.

High quality and easy to setup lights.

These are sturdy lights that I was able to quickly wire into an existing system. They include a shade ring to help direct the light. The ring stays on after installation but doesn’t take much of a bump to dislodge it. So far, no problem. Directions say not to direct the lamps straight up. That’s exactly what I needed to do and did. Again, so far, no problem after 4 months and several heavy rains.
