Complete tool for the job. Various size valeve stem connectors for a good fit.
Great tool for putting water in tires, especially tractor tires. Roll the valve stem to dead center top and use the bleeder valve to get rid of excess air that is expelled. Think about your enviroment in the winter. Anti freeze may need to be used to replace the water.

I used a drill pump. It was a cheap one and leaked badly. Buy a good pump
Filled by tractor tires with washer fluid. Got the job done.
