I'm a foodie and don't avoid street food. For the past 5 years I had taken this when I travelled to Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia in and it worked every time. I can't imagine how bad my condition would be without taking Optibac Probiotics.

Used this for 4 days before travel and each day while away travelling Asia. Very impressed. Will definitely use in the future whenever on a similar holiday where eating out may pose a risk. No holiday stomach issues at all.

I’ve just come back from Bali, Indonesia and was really concerned about possible stomach worries but these worked a treat. I started taking them two weeks before departure (although 3-5 days is also fine) and whilst on the island and had absolutely no issues. Will be purchasing again

I took this away to West Africa. I can not tell whether it worked or not. However, I didn't get ill or felt sick. They were easy to swallow and didn't have a taste.
