One of the better finishing salts in that you can actually discern a flavor to it (aside from salt) - try it on salmon!!!

Honestly, I don't remember the last time I purchased or used regular salt. It's that good, I promise.

The product is good but it seems like a shipment of this was damaged somewhere. In two separate orders, the Maldon packaging was crumpled while the shipping packaging was in great condition. The salt itself is sealed in plastic, but this was disappointing considering it was bought as a gift.
