I have a lot of cats! They are my calling, my passion and my purpose for living. I love to make them happy and these trees are always easy to assemble, easy to maneuver and last forever, especially this pine one because it does not trap odors like the fleece or fur ones and never looks "tired" I took a chance with "open box" and saved $30 from Amazon and it was a complete 69" cat tree. These trees are so sturdy that my trans-special pittbull, Gumby, can park his 85# butt on them and wait for me to lift him down because he forgot how he got up there! Don't recommend you allow that to happen, but at least it didn't fail me! Made me happy to assemble. Everybody is happy.

UPDATE:Well 5 year update. It's still going strong. Our other kitties passed away in that time and we've moved twice. It's held up really well, easy to take apart and put back together. Basically the same as when we first purchased it, minus some minor tearing up of the ropes. We have recently adopted three siblings (2M, 1F) who have tried their best to conquer this cat tree. The large male (14+lbs not overweight) can stretch all the way from ground floor to above the mid shelf! It's only been a couple months but they have failed to destroy this tree. It's easy to keep clean and wipe away the smell of our previous little loves, making it an easy transition for the new adult cats.Previous review below:This is great! Love that it doesn't have that terrible carpet. It came with a small pillow thing for the top cubby. I have two 10+ pound chunky (who are now very unhappily on diets) cats that have yet to destroy it despite their best efforts. It's taller than me (I'm 5'3") and sturdy. Also, my cats have been trying to destroy the scratching posts and become angry when it doesn't give way like our other scratching posts. This gives me hope that it'll last for at least a little longer.

I like the design, finish, and construction of this cat tree. However, I did find a couple of chipped areas here and there. Overall nice cat tree for the price.

Super quick to build, very sturdy and clean! So much nicer than the carpeted and faux fur covered ones...I didn’t want anything that would rip or deteriorate (or harbor odors and bacteria.) Cats love it! 10-15 pound cats easily play and climb up with no wobbling. They love the scratch posts, too.

Looks like photo. Arrived on time. Was easy to assemble. Seems pretty durable. No complaints as of yet, and my cats love it. Easy to clean too! And not ugly.

I love it because it cleans easier but you have to put beds on the levels or they won’t lie on it. I’m thinking of adding Velcro.The cats have slipped off it trying to jump expecting some traction.And the top compartment is not good for big cats. They can’t fit.And it’s small enough if meek cat is in it and a bully cat corners them, they cannot escape easily.

I spent months researching the best cat tree for the money. Carpeted platforms get nasty too quickly and are impossible to repair or clean. Its very difficult to find cat trees without carpet or that look don't look like atrocious cat furniture. This simple design was perfect for my tree-climbing kitty, and she loves it! I'll be staining and sealing the wood this summer, but for now a few blankets carpet scraps work just great! Assembly is ridiculously easy, and there is room to configure it differently from the way they advertise. I was able to make it work better in the space its in, and I can change it up later if she gets bored.Its also worth mentioning that this item came very poorly packaged from the 3rd party seller. It came in the original manufacturer box which is only meant for shipping on a pallet. There is absolutely no protection for the items in this box, and wood is very soft, so check for dents and damage. Fortunately the seller was really great about it when I reported and took photos and resolved the issue quickly. I am hoping that they will be packaging the item better after this incident since this is such a lovely product.

Love it. Purchased it for a scares too easy cat to use as a climber up to tall wall cabinet. The other cats showed him it wasnot going to kill him and was safe, he loves top box. I love that I can better keep up with cat hair. I will replace carpet coveredarmarkat cat trees in house with this kind in the future. It comes in other sizes. Multi cat household, with other towers. This one isfor Bud Bud. He is a big boy and fits in box.All armarkat products come well packed. I opened it where they left package and carried pieces in. Bad back. Went together fast andeasy. Very happy with quality.He has another cat tower in front of window, which is carpet covered and hard to keep clean from his hair. Eventually he will get another oneof these for his window.

My two 14+ lb cats and my 16 lb dog all love this tree. Sturdy enough for a 15 lb cat to jump from the floor to the top without knocking it down. Love that it’s not carpeted since even now months later it doesn’t look grungy.

I bought elsewhere but I am fairly happy with this tree. It's decently made. Not a bad size. The only downside is the house at the top. I wish it was about 2"x2" larger. Kitty just can't get comfortable in it. His last armarkat had a slightly larger house and he fit fine. The wavy cut at the bottom of the house openings prevents him from letting his legs overhang as well :(. I'll probably sell this one. It's made more for smaller cats. My guy is 15lbs.Also. The bolt holes are cut on the bottom so the bolt heads are recessed into the wood so the base can sit level on the floor. So armarkat. Why not do the same for the exposed bolts on the tree where the cats lay? There's 3 of them sticking up which makes it look cheap and I'm sure is not comfortable for the cats. Pic attached.So I took 1 star off because of the house size and openings. And 1 star for those 3 annoying bolt heads that's are exposed.

This was by far the easiest cat tree to assemble that I have ever purchased. The main reason I bought this tree was because it seems like it won't be difficult to keep clean. The only fabric on the whole thing is a removable cushion that can be washed. Even though I have read reviews from people saying it wobbles I haven't noticed that at all unless our resident fat cat gets into the top of the tree and even then it's minor. The cats either prefer the very top, they play fight over the cubby space. The only issue is one of their W3 double ended screws was poorly made and has uneven threading, and when attaching part of the tree and I am unable to tighten 2 parts together. Armakat.com never responded to my email so I am waiting on replacement screws from another retailer since armakat.com charges 50$ for shipping for one screw 6$ part.
