I’ve been using this coffee for my morning pour-overs, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. The flavor is smooth and well-balanced—strong enough to wake you up but not so bold that it punches you in the face. There’s a nice hint of nuttiness with a little bit of sweetness, which makes it easy to drink black or with a splash of cream.The grind works really well for pour-over brewing, which can be hit or miss with pre-ground coffee. I’ve had consistent, even extractions every time, and the aroma while it’s brewing is amazing.Funny enough, I originally picked this up on a whim after hearing someone rave about Dominican coffee. Now, it’s one of my go-tos. If you’re looking for a smooth, flavorful coffee that shines in a pour-over, this one’s definitely worth a try.

I first received this coffee as a gift from a friend who had visited the D.R. I loved it so much that I have ordered it ever since and subscribed to it. I’ve tried almost every coffee brand and this is my favorite the last few years. Aromatic, smooth, tasty even if I don’t get my measurements perfect, this coffee is one of only a few brands that doesn’t give me heartburn, which means less acid and higher quality. I also love the finely ground texture which helps draw out the rich flavor. I’ve tried both the whole beans and finely ground.

Brought a bag of this coffee back from trip to DR. Love it ! Very low acid but a smooth flavor. So glad they sell it online !
