Awesome
Little bit of a pain to remove the ballasts from the fixtures but so much more light than fluorescent bulbs.

where are my sunglasses?
Wow these produce a lot of light. I bought these to replace 32W flourescent. On paper, the lumens are similar but in practice the LEDs are MUCH brighter because *all* the light is directed in a cone downward, rather than radiating omnidirectionally. The color (5000K) is nice and clean. Had to remove the ballasts from the fixtures, of course. Easy enough once you figure out the first one. I replaced 3 bulbs in each of 3 fixtures in my garage. I used seven single row LED 2400 lumen bulbs, supplemented with these 3400 lumen double-row LED bulbs in two places were I wanted even more light. It's really a lot of light.I was expecting the LED bulbs to run completely cool. They actually heat up a fair bit, presumably due to the aggregate current dissipation. It's still highly efficient and practical. I guess however there's some thermal loss in both the wires and the LEDs themselves.

Seem to be a good product
I tested each bulb for at least 30 minutes and they all worked. 2600 lumens is typical for a 40W florescent bulb so these are a bit brighter, but not objectionably so. Of course they are not a 80W equivalent like the listing claims. Do be advised that you cannot rotate these bulbs relative to the pins like some bulbs can. I had a few 40 year or older fixtures that had the "tombstones" pointing a weird angle so the light wouldn't point straight down. Some hot glue and tin snips fixed that.

Nice, bright upgrade in the garage
The lights arrived in remarkably robust packaging--a thick rectangular cardboard tube with rubber on the inside of the end pieces. The lamps also had protectors on the end pins. There was no interference in my installation; the garage door opener works with no problems, and my portable radio has no increase in noise when the lights are on. The lights are nice and bright.

1 year going strong
Much brighter than the flourescent lights these replaced. They installed great and haven't failed after a year of use.

Replacement LED T8 bulbs
After finally getting the led bulbs after 2 weeks. They shipped in a box and all bulbs looked good.Easy to install following instructions and all 4 bulbs lit up.One bulb flickered when first turned on.We took that bulb out and put it back and and turned on the light and its still flickering. We turned the two center bulbs around and but them back in and it stopped flickering. So now all 4 bulbs are on.Way to bright. More of a bright blinding white light. We have them in a fancy fixture in our kitchen.I would never order these bulbs again and will be looking for something more normalto replace them with.
