I love that this can be taken with you out to eat. I’ve been able to move my right arm out-of-the-way and use my left hand to cut through chicken, steak, and even pizza. I am a stroke survivor with essential tremors in my dominant hand that this can be used one-handed with my non-dominant hand to cut safely at home or away from home is important! Also definitely fiddle with the cover I was afraid to at first and I’m glad I got over it and realize how safe the blade was for getting the cover on correctly.

This is an awesome knife! I had shoulder surgery and have only one arm to cut my food until my other one heals. This knife cut through steak no problem!! It is so great so I don’t have to ask for help during meals. I highly recommend this!

This knife has been a life saver. I have trouble using my right hand, so using a fork & knife to cut can be difficult, but this tool allows me to cut meat using my left hand only. I have not tried to cut raw meat yet tho. That's my next task.
