This product was very good for my wrists when it comes to gymnastics. I ordered size small and they fit perfectly! I want to point out that when I opened the package a odor cam out with the tiger paws. Even though they take a little bit to break in, they are still good! Have a fun time with them!!🤸‍♂️💪👍🤪😝

The extra small size came with a piece of foam and one plastic piece, while the small size had a piece of foam and two plastic pieces. When you first use them, they feel uncomfortable.
