I can't believe these actually worked
Years of doctors, useless prescriptions and generally buffoonery from the great UK medical system, both NHS and private and I STILL had severe sickness, cramps and bloating recurring every few weeks.Read on a Reddit post that digestive enzymes, particularly for people with a high protein diet can help prevent food leaving the stomach before enough digestion has taken place.
