Love love love, read if you need help to remove your gel nails x
Love love love this kit as part of my gelish removal kit!! 1st pic- the pack you receive 2nd pic - what I used 3rd pic- what I used it with - both of these kits together takes gelish/shellac off like a dream! How I removed my gelish for beginners trying to get their nails off over lockdown: Steps: 1. File down the top coat of your shellac to remove any shine from the remainder gel polish on your nails 2. Soak your mylee foil cotton areas with acetone as instructed by the pack- ensure the entire cotton strip is saturated with the mylee gel polish removed (contains acetone). I soaked 5 pads and applied them all at once to save time 3. To apply: Place your fingernail down flat on the mylee cotton pads and wrap the tin foil round your fingers and put the tip down towards the palm of you hand 4. Attach the finger clamps included in this kit atop of each of your foil wrapped fingers to apply pressure and ensure the acetone is soaking the nail at all times. Then wait 15 mins. 5. After 15 mins remove the wraps one by one and scrape the remained shellac off of the surface of your nails with the silver tool in this pack. 6. File down the surface of your nails again with the 180/100 file to removed any leftover shellac pieces 7. Begin to smooth your nail surface with the blue side of the other file included in this pack 8. Wash your hands to remove any dust from your nails using the scrubber brush included 9. Shine the surface of your nails using the white side of your blue file to give your nails a shiny healthy appearance! Hope this helps xx

Better than using tin foil.
Much better and easier to use than the tinfoil method. Not as effective as I thought as you have to use a lot of varnish remover.

No solution
So order this no instructions for a start , so had to scout around to see how to use . So the i realised you did not get the acetone solution with it . So was a nightmare but once i got everything together was fine a easy to use after a few attempts .

What an absolute waste of time
What an absolute waste of time 😆 I try and save money and remove my own gel nails when I’ve got time but hate the stupid foil. These didn’t work on toes at all….and hate re resort to the stupid foil and added 20mins for the trouble. Save your cash!

Works good fit in my fingers well cut the cotton in half . Don’t need the whole piece for just one finger. The scraper really works well.

love the clips, i find it so easy to remove my polish with them

The pads don’t soak up enough acetone to completely soak off a nail so you have to do probably 2 to 3 pads or re-acetone them. The clips to keep the pads on are also very thin and cheap feeling. I was worried if i opened the clip to hard it would break. They also didn’t stay closed very well. The only thing that was in here that i would give 5 stars to is the metal tool for scraping off left over gel. It is medal and very sturdy and works perfect. That is the only reason it’s a 3 star and not a 2.

I purchased this gel removal kit shortly after purchasing gel polish and theUV light to be able to do gel manicures at home. My daughter and I made the unwise choice several years ago to get gel manicures without having a clue how difficult gel nail polish can be to remove without the right tools. When it came time to bid adios to the gel polish that time, I tried the remover soaked cotton balls and foil wrapped around each nail method. It was a very spotty system and there ended up being a lot of scraping still to get the more stubborn spots off. As a result, I lost layers of nail that took a while to grow out. Moving to now, I did as directed with this kit, buffing the polish first, using the soaked remover pads and putting on the nail clips. 15 minutes later almost all the polish was dissolved and there was relatively little left to rub off with one of the remover pads. I was amazed! I would highly recommend because truly, the gel polish gives such a long lasting manicure when done right. I really dreading though taking it off. Now I know I can do so easily. I was actually even impressed with how many of the clips I could get on my fingers myself. I only needed help with the last two to do both hands at the same time. And now that I know that 10-15 minutes is really all that is needed, I won't feel the need to try to do both hands at the same time. So worth the minimal cost!

Perfect kit to take off a shellac manicure. Directions are not included so found a YouTube video on using it and was pretty easy to follow. So glad I found this product.
