It is as advertised (though the dimension in the listing are O.D. but not identified as such - so neither clear nor helpful). I was hoping for something with at least a little bit of stretch to it, this was relatively unyielding.

It works as advertised, and does what it's supposed to do. You may have to experiment with different sizes to fit it however you intend to wear it though. Quite stiff (the nitril ring), but it needs to be, it's a constrictor. Don't try to wear one too tight though, get one that fights tight, but not too tight or else you're going to have problems. When you push it down to the base, hold it down there and then try to make your member 'throb', pushing more blood up into it. That will give you a good 'seat' and it should stay there.

There is no give in the ring and its a challenge to use.
