The Rain Bird 100-DV Dura Manifold Valve Kit -No Flow Control -Slip 100DV (3 Zone) arrived on time, well packaged, and complete with all parts. Instruction were included in the box along with a contact sheet for the seller, SprinklerPartsWholesale offering any help should you need it.Installation of the manifold with valves was very straight forward and easy. I recommend digging out and exposing the old valves and pipes in order to preplan the new manifold installation. Have the necessary PVC fittings, pipe, and tools on hand. I spent a couple of hours installing the manifold, but I wasn't in a hurry.The union fitting were installed hand tight as recommended. Pressure testing did require further MINOR tightening on a few of the connections to eliminate drips. Adding a new valve box and covering it all up completed the installation... It's working great... no problems.Note: The union fittings are sealed with rubber "O" rings. The instructions caution you to make sure your piping is straight on. Spend the time to be accurate here. Don't expect to torque it down to eliminate leaks if the connection angle is off.

Need to use Teflon tape on threads to avoid leaks. Small leaks after installation fixed by retightening. Completed system saved time and works as described. The best thing is that a bad valve can be replaced without cutting and gluing.

Valves and manifold are great. A little pricey but paying for convenience here. Comes with with outlets for pvc.

Hand tighten only, make sure the valves and connectors are correctly aligned, no leaks if put together correctly

Exactly what I was expecting and what was described at a good price. Quality sometimes is a little more.

Solenoid valves with manifold are shown with valve handles on website. Did not come with valve handles. Also, manifold is described as heavy duty schedule 40. Fell short of my expectations in that regard. I returned the item and received a full refund.

My 5 zone irrigation system is over 20 years old, and the valves appeared original, never serviced, and all but one were leaking. Replacing the valves meant digging up every valve box, cutting out the valves, etc. However, I realized that my valves were in two separate manifolds 20 ft apart, so I decided to bring them into a single 5 valve manifold and instead of valve boxes, a single manifold box. I also wanted Rain Bird valves with screw connections, so future service would be easier. I ordered this 3 valve manifold plus a 2 valve manifold. Assembly was a snap. I added thread tape for extra assurance. And the entire assembly fit perfectly in the 15"x21"x12" manifold box, which was a worry (I am not certain you could fit a sixth valve). There were some weeping leaks on a couple of my hand-tightened connections, but a quick tightening with channel locks fixed it. Highly recommend if you are looking for a professional quality upgrade to your irrigation system and much easier than creating your own manifold with pvc and glue.
