These were purchased for our business and were perfect as a premium to give away at an event. The quality of the material and resistance level is good and as expected. The nice long roll allowed us to cut up pieces and package them for a branded premium. We will be buying this again for the next event.

I ordered the orange first and it was way to lightweight. I sent it back for this one. I dare say it is NOT extra heavy resistance though, it will do for what I need, but I DO think the company has their resistance levels way off. I have use many other brands, so I am not a newbie to them by any means. I would call this medium at best.

Good price but no box came with it to keep it in and to dispense from. Does not fit in a Theraband box either.....

I like this resistance for my clients because it is so versatile with many exercises.

Roll of medium-weight bands is a good width and is strong enough to provide resistance for students who need to keep feet and legs active in order to concentrate in class. Lengths of the material may be tied to desk chair legs as kick bands to provide movement without noise that might distract others.
