This mirror is beautiful! I was nervous about all of the bad reviews, but I decided to take a chance! It’s exactly what I wanted. I like that the lights are right on the mirror and there is no thick frame. It was incredibly easy to mount on the wall, and it looks sleek and expensive.The lights aren’t as bright as some LED lights I’ve used in the past, but it definitely adds a nice amount of light.The first mirror I received had a TINY crack in bottom left hand corner that honestly was not a big deal. I decided to reach out to the seller just because it it was a $200 mirror, and they immediately sent me a new one. The next one had no cracks and was in perfect condition.I am SO glad I ordered this mirror. Even with the exchange (not even a hassle with the new Kohl’s return policy) it was worth it and exactly what I wanted! 10/10 would recommend

So glad I decided to go with this mirror and this company! I have the Hollywood Touch Duotone LED by Impressions and this mirror is a great addition to my set that matched PERFECTLY. I love that it doesn’t have any cheap looking logos or design. It looks just like my Impressions! While I was plugging it back into the wall power source after moving around my room, the wall plug sparked and shocked the power and it wouldn’t turn on anymore. This company has amazing customer service. They’re responsive and super easy to work with in getting it replaced; they sent me a new one right away! The only minor functional thing (that I feel like when you’re going the cheaper route have to be expected) is that the power touch sensitive isn’t always responsive the first time. I haven’t plugged my new one in yet so I’m not sure if that was just a glitch, but it was honestly so minor I hardly even noticed!

I’m very satisfied with this purchase. Initially when I first ordered the mirror, I had noticed a very small crack. I contacted the seller who responded very quickly and acted fast in sending me a new mirror. I’m very pleased in how the seller notified me via email when the new mirror was on its way and when it would arrive. It just came in today packaged securely with no scratches or cracks. I absolutely love it!

I bought this as a gift for my mum. It looks good and the light is bright with 3 different color options (bright white, white with bluish tint, and amber/yellow). One issue is that the button that controls the brightness doesn’t work, but I don’t want to replace the unit.The shipping box had a fragile sticker on it and there was no damage to the product. Building it was easy, all pieces were included, and each screw came with 1-2 extras just in case. It did take a long time to peel the protective brown stickers off the pieces.The storage box with drawers is made of glossy acrylic. The top of the storage box (where you will place the mirror) is matte. I do wish they made that part glossy to match the rest of the unit. The top of the storage box included little stickers to hide the screws, but the drawers did not have stickers so you see the exposed screws. It would look nicer with hidden screws. Finally, the LED bulbs are not replaceable so if one or more fail, you will have to open the entire unit to replace or solder the wires.Overall, I think this is great. 4.5 stars because the brightness button doesn’t work. I have some cosmetic suggestions and I’m worried about the bulbs failing, but did not remove stars for that.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to put together. I had to put my mirror close to me in order to get the full effect of putting on my makeup. The mirror can easily tilt, be careful. But overall I love it, I might return it and get a larger one or just get a lower chair...lol. It's so Hollywood!😎 looking.

I ordered this mirror a while ago and it quit working randomly. I’m someone who takes care of my things and I absolutely adored this mirror until it quit working. Both Amazon and the manufacturer refuse to refund or replace. Now I’m stuck with a very expensive faulty mirror with no way to replace it. Highly considering never using Amazon again in a whole. At least I know when I get something from an actual store I know I have a chance on it getting fixed if need be.

The vanity light is most certainly worth the value for the money, the lights are nice and bright and also has a 2nd setting, I've been looking around for nice mirror & this one is beyond perfect. I'm so glad I purchased this, as I struggle with nice lighting in my apartment where I do my make up & hair! They even include how to on wiring a new bulb when you need one, and an anchors & screw driver for sturdy mounting
