My go-to protein powder
After trying several protein powders, I finally landed on this one as high quality, best taste, and bulk pricing value. I usually add to smoothies or milk, but still mixes well with water. Tastes great and adds a very creamy texture when drinking. 5 gallon bottle lasts about 3 months with a daily scoop and includes 24g protein and 5.5g of BCAA according to the bottle. Both help build muscle & support muscle recovery according to most research studies. I've been working out and staying fit most of my life and at 46 yrs old, my body doesn't bounce back like it used to buy I definitely don't feel or look my age. Anything that helps give an edge to staying healthy is a must to me. Add this to your daily routine and you won't be disappointed.

great!
I've been using chocolate whey protein powder for about a month now, and I’m honestly impressed. First off, the taste is delicious! I’ve tried other protein powders in the past that either tasted chalky or had a weird aftertaste, but this one actually tastes like a dessert (without being overly sweet). I mix it with water for a quick post-workout shake, and it’s smooth with no clumps.Performance-wise, it’s also been a game-changer. I’ve noticed a noticeable improvement in my recovery time after heavy lifting, and I feel fuller for longer. My muscles seem more toned, and I’ve been able to push through workouts with more energy. No bloating or digestive issues either, which is a huge plus for me.Mixability is top-notch—no need for a blender. Just a few shakes in my shaker bottle, and it’s all dissolved.Overall: Highly recommend this protein powder if you're looking for something that tastes great, works well, and doesn’t cause any discomfort. It’s a solid addition to my daily routine!

My favorite protein powder post Roux-n-Y
The hardest thing for me to do post gastric bypass surgery was to get adequate protein in my diet. We need 60 to 70 grams of protein in 5-6 tiny meals/snacks per day! Thankfully, dietitians have us include 2 shakes per day which gets us 2/3 of the whey there. Lol a little protein humor there!Since eating has become more of a chore for me, like taking medicine, I mix a scoop of strawberries and cream with just enough water to choke it down. It’s turned into a sweet treat for me. Too bad since I don’t really have any cravings I oftentimes forget to have treat #2 for the day!It mixes easily without a blender otherwise I wouldn’t drink it every day. The taste is mwah! Chef’s kiss. I can dry scoop this stuff. Mix it with water, milk, or milk alternatives. At most, I mix it with a bit of water and just mash up a banana with the back of a fork and drink. I make sure I gradually stir in water and make no more than 4-6 ounces. The powder just “melts.”It’s also takes well to powder supplements nicely, but mechanical mixing might be necessary to achieve smoother results. Throughly mix your DRY ingredients first, then your liquids and give them a try. Remember. Make your regimen easy so you can stick to it.
