Dated Middle School or High School Student Planner for Academic Year 2019-2020 (Matrix Style - 8.5"x11" - Subjects Cover) - Bonus Ruler/Bookmark and Planning Stickers

I purchased this planner (black one with the head on it) for my middle schooler to use in a large binder and for that to work the planner needed 3 holes. That seemed like a small request, but finding a notebook-sized planner with that one feature (preferably under $20) was surprisingly difficult. Even at $12 I expected it to have a sturdy laminated cover and include more than just a calendar, like some subject-specific tips etc. This planner met that requirement and exceeded our expectations. The ruler is a great addition. It pops in and out of the spiral rings so he uses it as a bookmark in his calendar. The calendar's perfect, very spacious, easily personalized, but what makes this planner stand out is the addition of subject-specific tips (language / grammar tips, commonly misspelled words, math facts / standard & metric measurement, basic geometry & algebra facts, national / global maps, periodic table and more) that are actually USEFUL-not just filler fluff. The quality is sufficient thus far. If I just had to nitpick something, the spiral rings could be bigger. It doesn't lay open well within his binder, but he's using it in a 2 inch binder which is probably why. That was our oversight not a fault of the planner. So you'll definitely want to consider a complementary sized binder if you're purchasing the planner exclusively for that purpose.All told it's durable and what you see in the above images is exactly what you get PLUS some truly useful extras. Overall, we're satisfied.

My son has only been using it for a few days but it seems like it is very durable and that it will last the entire school year. Our school district stopped using agendas as the students now all have their own Chromebook. Students are to use Google Calendar instead. My son needs the actual agenda so he is writing down his assignments. If he writes them down, he is more likely to remember them. I did a couple of hours of research and found this was the best purchase to replace the agenda he is used to using. I love everything about it! I love the tips it gives, the bookmark to use so students can always open up today’s page, all of the useful facts and figures and how it is organized. I think it is the perfect tool for every student 4th grade to 12th grade.

My daughter started middle school and he struggled with remembering all her tasks, projects and assignments from different classes! Even though the school provide electronic agenda/planner but she is not comfortable to use yet. We got this planner and she loved it so much that she wants to use it next year. It very colorful for her and give her space to personalize her classes etc.She is better with her tasks and I don't have to receive any reminder of her projects on my phone anymore.

One of the worst things about college is that we don't get those handy planners. I loved the planners we got in elementary, middle, and high schools. It not only came with enough space to detail assignments and a calendar to keep up with due dates, but it also came with STICKERS!!!!!!! The stickers that you can put in the calendar to indicate upcoming tests, quizzes, projects, assignments due, and designated study time. I love this. School starts today, so I am super excited to try this out.

My son was excited to get his. He started middle school (6th grade) and they don't provide agendas like in elementary so he was overwhelmed trying to remember things, and this really eased his anxiety. He can remind himself of tests, quizes, h/w, friends birthdays...teaching your child organization, esp right now during crucial years of schooling, will always benefit them and be helpful!

Brought for my middle school son and I love that it has box for each class each day so he can write assignments down and keep organized. Definitely will buy the high school one next year. Oh and the bookmark that you can place for the week is great too

Organized and practical planner! Great for elementary to high school level. It was perfect amount of information, not overwhelming to a young student who wants to start good habit of making a “to do” list for classes.

This is really great! The student I bought it for was super happy to get it and wanted to use it right away! Very colorful inside so it keeps them interested in using it. Exactly what I was looking for!
