It broke after 3 months
Bought it 3 months ago. Enjoyed the soup from the pot. Unfortunately it no longer turns on. It just suddenly broke. $120 for 3 months ….used probably twice a week. Pretty bad ROI. It can be more durable.

Broke after 5 uses but manufacturer was helpful
The product broke after 5 uses but because I’m out of the exchange and return window, there was nothing Amazon could do. However after contacting the manufacturer, they were responsive and helpful. Good product when it is in working condition and makes good tasting soups. Size is good to make a lot of soup and easy to clean. No leakage.

Overflow and burned
After I received this product, I cook a porridge with water at level two. When I come back home, it it burned and overflowed. Now it is not working.
