These are great; nice and sturdy. I probably would just go for two of the shorter ones…the longer ones are a bit unwieldy with any sort of weight on the end (they are fine to play a supporting role for the shorter ones, but you’d be hard-pressed to lift a pork shoulder or brisket with just the longer version). But the build quality is solid and they seem like they will last a nice long time!

I love grilling County Style Ribs, but using 12" tongs to turn 30 or 40 ribs every 15 minutes will cook your hand. These are over 17" long and keeps your hands away from the heat. They are well made and sturdy, no fear of dropping anything you pick up with them. Although I've not used the knives for what I cook, I can see where they may come in handy (one side is serrated knives and one side is smooth knives). They are perfect for what I do, so nice to see an American designed product that lives up to their promises. I've always used a wire brush to clean the grill, but I may have to try your Coil Brush and see how I like it! WTG Shark BBQ.

This item is almost perfect. If it had a spring also to help it return to its original position (similar to regular tongs), this product would have been perfect. Your wrist/hand gets a bit tired after doing bbq for some time because it’s completely manual; there is no spring action to bring it back to its original position.

I have been grilling and smoking meat for over 50 years. I love the heavy duty construction and the scissor action. Another favorite is when you grabbed the meat the bottom of the spatula is flat making it easier to slide under the meat and the top has a slight bend at the top tip so the meat does not slip off. At first, I thought the handle was a little awkward for my hands and I realized I was able to adjust them and they work perfectly. Definitely a great investment, thanks!

Great grill or firepit tool.

I had a different set of tongs that I liked, but they weren't exactly what I was looking for. They bit the dust during an unfortunate incident which melted the plastic bits, making the tongs less than useful. I found these and was immediately drawn to the sturdy feel. My first impression about the business end of the tongs was they are too small, but that is deceiving. The tong blades are designed with grooves, which allow for a firm grip on the sauciest of items. I also appreciate that the only non-metal part of these tongs is the comfort grip handle covers. Also, these are longer than my other tongs, which is great when I am arranging things on my Green Egg. I strongly recommend these tongs!

This thing is awesome. Its long enough that I don't burn my hands, wide enough that food doesn't fall through it, works for everything including delicate foods like fish.
