Cinnamon is Excellent
Cinnamon has a sweet taste and aroma is amazing.I use it on everything French toast, coffee, apples, waffles, pancakes , oatmeal, I also have mixed it in pure maple syrup and vanilla yogurt.Also makes good cinnamon toast. Flavor of the cinnamon everything you put it on.

I use this for weight loss and to balance blood sugar. Works wonderfully for me and my friend who was not responding to her insulin and had to use double dosages. Decent price too
