It is very large. My brother and sister helped me to set it up. It is easy to assemble based on instruction.Getting a massage after spending a long day at work is very relaxing. I fell asleep several times when massaging. This massage chair provides an immersive experience, especially when using the zero gravity feature. The rollers do a good job at replicating the type of professional massage you want, and the airbags produce a suitable amount of pressure where the rollers can’t reach. Overall, it’s a great value for the price.

First of all the company they used to deliver the chair lied and said we weren't home when they never even tried to deliver it...and we ended up driving 70 mi one way to pick up the chair. After getting the chair home loved it worked great was very happy with it..but a came up. Had insurance and plus it was brand new thought it would be resolved quickly...not the case. The company lied about sending a replacement chair..and the problem still hasnt been fixed and it's going on 2 months. Chair is great if its operating properly but the customer support is horrible..at first jus wanted a replacement chair now jus want my money back

You can get cheaper chairs and you can get much more expensive ones. This one was right in that sweet spot for me and it was a good purchase. It massages well and can go from a mild easy massage to a very hard almost unbearable. But I do feel much better afterwards and so does my wife. My only complaints are that the remote is a bit hard to understand, the directions for using it are not that good so trial and error is key. And lastly, the neck massage could be a little stronger. End of the day I recommend this chair.

I bought this message chair for my dad,he got shoulder pain and lower back pain for years.I bought lots of messages for him and never worked out.This is the birthday gift for him and the most expensive one.He was kinda blaming me for wasting money on this,but when he sat on it,he was so happy and glad.It is zero gravity which is very comfortable for elders.Lots of function for full body relieve,worth to buy!
