KEENWomen's Rose Sandal

These sandals are replacing a pair I have had for a long time. They look smart and I hope will last.

This is a nice, comfy, lightweight summer sandal. It's well made and ideal for active summer wear. My only issue is that the piece that covers the top of your feet is not adjustable, unlike the Tiva sandals. This is not good for people with wider feet and means that the sandal rubs across the widest part of your feet. This is actually a big issue which could be easily resolved.

I bought these to take on holiday to Spain and Italy - we were going to do some walking routes and I needed something sturdy but cooler than walking boots. These sandals were excellent. They looked smart, were really comfy and the rubber soles could be rinsed easily to keep them fresh after a day's walking. I walked all over Barcelona and Rome in them, as well as following trails through the Pyrenees. The only problem I found was when my ankles got swollen in the heat when I wasn't moving about & the ankle strap got a little tight (the velcro helps to tighten the ankle strap but it doesn't come completely undone, so it can't be loosened off). Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.I liked:- closed toe style protected my toes well when walking on rough ground- rubber sole was easy to clean (so they don't get cheesy!)- looked smart- walked for miles in them with no rubbing or discomfortDisliked:- the elasticated ankle strap was a little too tight when my feet got swollen in the heat & couldn't be loosened

These are the most comfortable shoes and my go to shoes for the summer and if I am going kayaking. I love the style of these shoes and they are very well made.

I liked that the toe is closed and appears neat and a little "dressed up" while remaining comfortable and cool to wear. The fit is very good.

I was looking for a supportive pair of sandals to take on our next trip. I went on a big trip across Europe and did a lot of walking last year and by the end of the fourth day (and many, many miles of walking) my feet were killing me. Particularly my heel. This time around I did a lot of research and these sandals were one of two that consistently came highly recommended. My husband also had a pair of keens and he found them very comfortable.When these arrived I put them on straight away and wore them around the house for several days. I have to say, they were comfortable straight out of the box. After wearing them for hours on end day after day, I can say they are still comfortable and provide great arch support. My heel doesn't hurt at all either. The straps look great and don't dig in like other brands tend to do.We'll see how they perform on our upcoming three-week trip. So far, I can recommend these!PS: Only gave it a four star since I haven't taken them on the trip yet. But I have full faith that they'll be a 5-star.Update! I have now upgraded my review to 5 stars. We've just returned from a trip overseas and I put these keens to the test. I wore them every day, on scooters, walking beaches, in the water, jumping on wooden boats, running from monkey's dodging busy traffic on busy asian streets, hiking up and down trails, riverbeds, on planes, through TSA checks, you name it we did it. Not once did I get a cramp in my feet. They fit great right out of the box, when I got them wet, they tried super fast and they never got that dingy wet smell to them. I'm so pleased with them I can understand why others are now too.

Son unas sandalias muy completas. Son cómodas, protegen los dedos, no resbalan ni en mojado, mejor que muchas zapatillas.Las he usado hasta lloviendo.Muy recomendables.

Ho scelto dei sandali Keen fra tanti altri disponibili perché li conosco bene avendone già 4 paia comprati da qualche anno. Sono sempre molto comodi e resistenti perché studiati come sandali da trekking. La soletta interna ergonomica e antiodore li rende adatti a qualsiasi piede. Anche la suola è particolarmente robusta. Sono gli unici sandali che abbia mai portato proprio perché chiusi davanti.
