but I'm not completely satisfied with it
This wheat has more chaff dust than the wheat I have purchased from my co-op, and I have found one stalk in it. I purchased this because I was running out before my co-op order time, but I'm not completely satisfied with it. Other than the dust, stalk, and periodic unhulled wheat berry, the grain is fine.

Good value
Price a little high ($45) but the quality was good and the pail is higher quality than the better priced smaller buckets available from some retailers.
