Mediherb Gymnema 4g 120 Tablets

My naturopathic doc recommended this product to help with metabolic syndrome symptoms. I take one cap once a day at the same time of day then eat 1 hour later, don't wait too long or blood sugar will go too low. It really does curb the sugar cravings. Willpower is so much easier now and I just don't want to eat as much of anything as I did prior to using this product. It reduced my taste for sugar while eating and I am able to work on the 21 day sugar detox she wanted me to try as well. Even if I do get sugar cravings, and I seek out something sweet, I am done in 2-3 bites, I just don't want it.I did not lose any weight using this alone, but I am having more success using it along with the paleo diet recipes. I craved too much sugar to ever make a paleo diet possible before.

I am a diabetic but also allergic to all insullin and other tablet or capsule for diabetics, so getting my numbers down is quite difficult. I have used Standard Process Canine on my dogs for various health issues with absolutely success, so I decided to try this for myself. Within a few days my sugar levels came down enough to make a difference. Before using this product I was trying so many other companies without the results I needed. The company that I am purchasing this from is terrific. Price is always consistent and shipping is fast. I truly believe this product is a valuable asset to assist me in getting my numbers down.

If you are looking to have a supplement to loose weight and take away the cravings for sweets, then this is not the supplement for you. I have been using this product since April, 2023 and still crave sweets. In reviews I've read it says it reduces sweet cravings and and inhibits/suppress sweet taste. I have not had either diminished or reduced sweet cravings since using this product. in fact I probably crave them more. It is pricy and I wouldn't waste you money or time using this product. I do not recommend this supplement, don't waste your money..

Not sure they really curb sweet tooth

Great stuff, sorks real well. My ND recommend 2 tabs 3 times a day for cravings. It knocks them out within 5 - 7 days. I kept taking it though for several weeks.

Taking this product to help with sugar cravings. It works! I take 1 pill twice a day.

Recommended for blood sugar control.

I ordered 120 and paid for 120 but only received 40 tablets.
