This is just the right lift for my sprinkler heads that have lowered themselves in the ground. I just clear out the lawn and sand, unscrew the head, place the extender screwing into the existing pipe and then screwing the head back on allowing for an easy longer throw of the water. They are made very well, strong and allowing for many turns for a tight fit. Price is right and shipping free and fast with Prime.

Works good. Use with the male extension adapters. Make sure you have a multitool or something to saw your male adapters to size with this female adapter.

Thick and very durable. The smooth surface though makes it harder to torque.

theses are a must when your shrubs have grown a little taller ,you can add these and extend your sprinkler head up to where it's more effective ,glad i found them .......hopefully this is helpful to someone :)

I used these and some 2-inch PVC pipe to raise up a number of my sprinklers. This helped them get taller than the grass and do a better job of watering. Very happy.

this is where you go. Quality? Fine. Availability? Fine. Genuine Orbit. However, double what you'd pay at the big box but I wasn't about to drive all over heck's half acre trying to find them after some clown went around and bought every one in sight at the two stores I did check. I was working on a compact timeline and needed to get this done.

After watching a utube video it was a easy fix to extend out of ground sprinklers to spray over plants that had grown taller in flower beds. These couplers along with extenders made for an easy fix. Make sure you use plumbers tape as well!
