Exactly what I was looking for
I was looking for a combination clam and oyster knife, this is exactly what I needed. It is really nice to get 2 in the package. Nice to consider more than one person at a time would be working to open shellfish together.

Semi-disposable
I got these a few months ago, because of the low price, and the knife is already broken. The interior of the handle is not solid wood, but fake sawdust-like material. So after using for a few months (and not more than a few dozen oysters) the blade became unattached from the handle. Not safe!

Fell apart with second oyster...
Poorly constructed...the two metallic parts began to disengage from the handle almost as soon as I started shucking. Spend the extra money and get a different one.
