Think is a great addition to our fridge in case of emergencies. Comes with two copies and one sleeve magnet. I think my only “complaint” could be wishing it came with two sleeve magnets? Better than the sticky notes we were using! might put the second copy by the front door!

This is exactly what I needed and it holds great on the fridge.

Going back to work this really gave me peace of mind when others were watching my baby. It has 2 lists and one sleeve so you can put one on the fridge and one maybe somewhere in the baby room or where they mostly are for easy access. At least the way I am utilizing it. Good quality print out, would for sure buy again if numbers change in the future.

Maybe I misread but I thought this was two dry-erase charts/sheets. It’s actually two pieces of paper and only ONE clear sleeve. The sleeve is magnetic, which helps. But not sure how I’m supposed to use two sheets with only one sleeve. I have two toddlers so I guess the second will just not be protected from food and drink all over it on the fridge.

This is a fairly useless kit. There are two contact cards, but only one magnetic sleeve. I should have read the fine print. I mistakenly assumed that I would have two sleeves so that I could put it at home and at the lake!
