I am addicted to the scent!
I am not sure what it does for my color but it is a good conditioner so I faithfully use it daily. I just love the smell of it.My color is doing well so maybe it is helping but it seems the shampooing is what would change the color more than the conditioner. I really like the thickness of this and how it goes on thick and coats my hair.I still have to use products to help with smoothing and shine but as a conditioner it is as good and maybe better than most.

The packaging sucks. It always arrived spilled. BUY IT ANYWAY.
UPDATE 9/22:I’ve used a lot of hair masks since 2020 when I started bleaching my hair and dyeing it vibrant colors. Plenty from Walmart. A few from Sally’s. Even some very expensive ones here on Amazon (like Schwarzkopf BlondeMe) and I just bought two more tubs of this, knowing the packaging sucks and expecting it to arrive spilled because the seller doesn’t package it well, because it is WORTH IT. This one and the Redken Extreme Deep Conditioning protein mask in a little blue tub, that I don’t believe Redken even makes anymore. Is it annoying that both tubs had 3 inch cracks down the front so it spilled in transit? Yes. But bro. I don’t care. Cleaned it off. Slapped a bit of clear packing tape on it. Whatever, I love this stuff SO MUCH. 10/10 happy that I could still buy it, because back in like 2020 I called Tigi customer support and was told they discontinued this product. As far as I can tell, it has not been modified in any way from the product I fell in love with two years ago. BUY IT.This is the thickest hair mask I have ever used. I felt like it’s so thick that I wasn’t sure if my hair would actually soak it up. I was originally annoyed at how there’s only 2/3 of the jar full, and worried that I may have gotten a used or tampered with product, and they let me know it isn’t supposed to have a safety seal that prevents leaks, and they know it doesn’t fill the whole jar. The call broke up a little but I think I heard her say that it is usually a bit more whipped and that the product settles with time.I added about a cup of water to the jar and mixed it together, and it’s the perfect thickness for my preference now. Leave it in your hair for a few minutes so it can soak in the protein, and wash it out. When I added water to it, it made it a lot easier to work into my hair, and is STILL as thick as my previous favorite hair mask (Redken Extreme Deep Conditioning). My naturally dark and curly hair has been severely abused with bleach and hair dye in my COVID coping phase. I went blonde too fast and my hair was snapping off to the point that I thought I may need to get a pixie cut. I couldn’t run my fingers through my hair anymore. It felt like straw. Coarse, blown out, super dry, tangles easily, and it lost its curl. This is the only thing that has made a noticeable improvement in my hair’s softness and strength in the last several months - including various products from Sally’s and my old favorite products by Redken. I’ve washed my hair with this about 6 times now and my hair is naturally curling again and significantly softer, instead of just looking coarse and tangled all the time. Seriously, if you’re panicking because you hate how destroyed your hair feels, try this one first. I tried about 7 other products and none of them worked. Now the one bit of bad news... TIGI said they discontinued this product. Sooooo... I’m buying two more even though I’ve barely made a dent in the jar I just got. It’s that good. I CAN RUN MY FINGERS THROUGH MY HAIR AGAIN AND NOT CRINGE ABOUT HOW BAD IT FEELS!!!

This conditioner saved my hair!
I'm a 25 year hair bleach addict. The last time I dyed my hair, the texture was off. I'm used to damaged hair. I know damaged hair. We've been living together for a very long time. This time the texture was more like a wig made of melted barbie hair. I ordered this conditioning treatment and used it twice and ended up with softer and more manageable hair than I had before the last hair dye experience. The smell is worth it alone, tbh. I want to eat it. I won't eat it, but I definitely want to. Once again, Tigi comes through.

Smells decadently delicious 🤤
It’s a vacation in the shower when I use it because it smells so good and removes the knots. It’s expensive for me, but I get it anyway. It smells like butterscotch, mocha! I almost forgot to say, IT WORKS BEST IF YOU put it on your hair while it’s wet, then put a plastic cap on while you bathe. After a few minutes, take off the cap and rinse and your hair is silky.

Great product
Wife bought this on my account here's her review. Product arrived with a crack in it. Luckily only a very tiny amount oozed out. I just slapped a few pieces if packing tape on it to seal it. Just used it and omg my hair is so soft. It was stiff and dry before from over processing and then coloring. It smells good too. Glad I bought the 20 oz one because I have a lot of thick hair so this should last me a couple months. I let it sit for almost 20 minutes.

Works well
I love this product. I have fine straight highlighted hair that is most often dry. I have tired many masks and conditioners over the years. This one works wonders on my hair to restore shine and hydration. One thing I've noticed is I cant use it for more than twice a week or so because if I do I get the opposite effect. My hair starts feeling dry and brittle again if I overuse it. I have read into this and supposedly it's from protein overdose. It appears that your hair only needs a certain amount of protein and if it gets too much it can cause problems. I let this sit in my hair for about 10 minutes once or twice a week and it does wonders.
