Tried the pasta di Vinci and it turned out great. I have an issue with mushrooms, so they were omitted. It tasted even better without them and this is the beauty of copycat recipes. You can omit, add or substitute ingredients that can make the dish even better.I will try more as I go along and I do recommend this book.

I love this cookbook for recipes from restaurants. I wish there was more recipes, but it's probably hard to get famous recipes from restaurants. Meanwhile I am enjoying my book.

Not exactly what I was looking for. I just returned it. The popeyes fried chicken as soon as I read the ingredients and preparation I just realized it was the wrong book for me.
