Green Energy Lighting EXN 12V-50W MR-16 Halogen Light Bulb (10/Pack)

Good deal on bulbs. The only thing I didn't really expect about these bulbs is that they don't have the glass lens over the front of the bulb like similar style bulbs I've bought before of other brands. I couldn't tell from the picture or the description that they would be open style like that. I bought these for my store's track lighting on the ceiling, so they're way out of reach where no one is going to accidentally touch the hot part of the bulb, so it's no big deal at all in my own personal situation. But I could envision situations where you might prefer the kind with the glass front.

Great deal. Great price. This is the same manufacturer, same part number as the bulbs I am replacing. I have eight ceiling lights in the kitchen. They were installed 8 years ago during a major kitchen remodel. We didn't notice how they dimmed slightly over the years. I had recently noticed how dim they all were. I replaced them all.... wow! Like a new kitchen. Really bright. Just as bright as 8 years ago.

These lights are a real bargain at $9.00 for ten lamps or .90 cents each). The big box stores usually are around $2.90 -$3.90 or more each. The beauty part is they are fantastic in their bright white color and Halogen brightness at the 50w size. I certainly recommend these at this price you can't go wrong.

Work as well as, if not better & last as long, if not longer, than thier higher priced competitors. These DO NOT come with the front protective lens, but like our fixtures, most already have a protective lens built in, so a second is redundant & completely unnecessary. The only reason I'd recommend the more expensive ones is if your fixtures lack the front glass / protective lens.

These bulbs are a steal compared to the big box stores and they seem to hold up much better. I used to replace them every 6 months and these have held up for about a year now and I haven't had to replace one yet.

Bought a box a few months ago now as replacements for when my current bulbs go out. They are very bright though, so if you are using these as replacements for existing lights make sure to check if your current lights are bright or soft first so you don't mix match.

Local prices on this item are so high. That is if you can find them in smaller towns. Delivery is so great and the price is excellent.

Unbelievable value and good product. I just installed one and it is working fine.....We'll see long term but no reason to think its any different from a more expensive bulb from a local vendor.
