Great product,, and fast shipping, came a day earlier

First time trying out a lighter 100% fluorocarbon line.... all is can say is i am Impressed! Most of my fishing poles are set up for bass/catfish and I'm running 30+ pound braid to 15 pound fluoro leaders or just straight 80 pound braid so I wanted to set up a pole for trout and smaller fish in the area and after looking through a bunch of reviews and doing some research I went for the seaguars. I set up a 7' medium weight spinning rod with roughly 100 yards of 6lb fluoro backed with another 100 yards of the 15 pound braid that was on the reel already and started fishing a 2.5 pink/white firetube jig and right away caught a small bass with no problems! Then a few more casts and about 10' off shore i thought I snagged on a tree or weeds but ended up pulling a 20+ pound snapping turtle up.... needless to say I figured that jig was gone for sure but to my surprise after all that pulling and drag squealing it let go and I got my jig back straight into my sunglasses at Mach 1. Long story short this is great line for a decent price and it held up to way more than it should've even with a quickly tied improved clinch knot. (Not the best knot for fluoro)

Very strong. We use this line in our walleye trolling setups. The 20# has a diameter of 0.40 mm compared to 10# Berkeley XT (0.356mm). Therefore the dive charts available from the Precision Trolling App are compatible with this line. Expensive, but worth it..
