Taylor Swift - Easy Piano Play-Along Volume 19 (Bk/Online Audio) (Easy Piano Play-along, 19)

If you're a Taylor Swift fan this is a great piano book to learn some of her songs with. I would say if you've been playing for 2-3 years this book would be good, any earlier and it would be difficult. My tween girl loves playing from this, and so do I!

Has a collection of old and new songs with words too. Perfect for many levels of piano players. One of my children who has completed grade 4 practical and grade 2 theory finds this a real pleasure to play. One of my children who has completed grade 2 practical also feels this is at her level.

Purchased for my 9 year old. She has been playing piano for a couple of years. She is just about done w/her Level 1 Practice and Theory books so she is by no means ready for a concert tour. Bought this anyway to keep her interest in playing. She takes lessons once per week and has been working on "Blank Space" during part of her lessons w/her teacher and practicing at home about 3 days per week. In a couple months time she can play the right hand part -- again, not ready for the stage yet, but she did accomplish that in about 8 weeks time. She is now working on adding the left hand part to the same song. It's definitely keeping her interest!!! :) :) :)

I bought this for my ten-year-old daughter. She takes piano lessons (level two of the Piano Adventures by Faber) and she doesn't particularly enjoy piano practice, but this book has made her lessons a lot more fun. She is working on the song "Mean." It is a good challenge for her but not so hard that she wants to give up. The only reason I have not given it five stars is that the songbook does not work as well for voice lessons. The lyrics for verse two of "You Belong With Me" are appended as additional lyrics, but Taylor Swift sings different notes from the first to the second verse, so a separate piano part is needed, but not provided, for each verse. Overall a good piano book but if you want to use it for singing you might have some trouble. She has been enjoying her piano lessons a lot more.

I started playing the piano again after not having played for YEARS. Hal Leonard piano books are very easy to follow as long as you can read music and have a working knowledge of piano playing. I love this book.

I bought this for my nieces and they all fight over this. They all are young and still learning to play the piano and they are huge fans of Taylor Swift. The notes are easier to read and they are excited to learn her songs.

Love Taylor Swift, love this piano production... very easy, very doable, and so much fun!

This version of TS piano hits is easy enough for level 2 pianists, and a bit too easy for level 3.There are so many songs to choose from. Notes are clear, large, easy to read.Good value

More identification of notes and fingering would be useful.
