Helps me to keep my energy up and going while I'm exercising.

I took a chance on this, having read a brief article about how PQQ is what the mitochondria need to perform at their best. The mitochondria are called the powerhouse of the body's cells, and when ramped up, they deliver the energy to run the body efficiently. PQQ appears to be the nutrient that is needed and is often in short supply, especially among the elderly. I am elderly and was disappointed to note how little energy I could find to do the things I wanted to do. So I bought a bottle of PQQ and shared it with my wife — 60 caps divided by the 2 of us = a one month trial. Honestly, at the end of the month I hadn't noticed anything, so I didn't reorder. but a week or two later I thought that perhaps a one month trial wasn't a fair trial, so I ordered a second bottle. Within a week I began to find the energy to get at some of the home projects that had languished sometimes for years. I now regularly tackle physical tasks that have been waiting for me to get around to it. I can't prove the PQQ is the reason, but it seems likely. It might be one of those mind-over-matter things or a kind of placebo effect, but no matter, my life has improved, my satisfaction with it anyway. My wife thinks it has perhaps helped her a bit, which is not such a resounding report, but that just reminds me that everybody's body is different, and what works for one may work differently for another. It's not fearfully expensive and I'd gladly recommend that you try it and give it time to kick in, but keep my wife's experience in mind too.

Doctor's office can tell this is calming as it's anti-inflammatory as well as others shared it's very helpful with Ubiqinol. Some additions insist as a boost to energy during the day.

PQQ is a daily essential for me. It gives me more energy, and I really miss it if I forget to take it. A lot of people go- well, what’s PQQ? It helps your mitochondrial energy, and so it makes sense that I feel more energy from it. I learned about it from a Facebook group called the Cusack Protocol, which was a supplement regimen created to help others with Ehlers-Danlos symptoms. It’s suggested to start with a probiotic to help your gut be able to absorb the supplement, and then add the PQQ- and when I did that, my symptoms did improve. I will take what I can get- an 8-9% increase in my energy level is a huge deal to me. This brand has been great to me and is clean, and an easy small pill to take. It works for me.

I bought these to help improve energy and help my mitochondria to power up.. I have been taking them for 2 months and even with my B12 and as I’m still crashing in the afternoon.. I guess they work at different levels for different people.

PQQ is an essential Vitamin for optimal health. Here I got bio pqq and it is very good in bioavailability. I got good improvement in my energy levels after using for a few days. Say 3 days. But much greater benefits come after using for about 3 months. Even now only after using for one week I feel more energetic and good sleep.

This product was recommended for brain support. No way to really tell if it's working, but can't help but take it, just in case.

I started taking this stuff around the end of 2024. I can't say whether it has help with my wellbeing or not BUT i did experience a minor miracle with my right ear after just a few weeks. I have a marked hearing loss in both ears especially my right one which had an upper cut off frequency of 2 kHz. I wear hearing aids in both ears. Not long into 2025 I notice sounds through the right ear whilst listening to music using headphones were becoming more shrill and I had to turn down the treble. Susequent testing revealed a cut off at about 5.2 kHz which doesn't sound much but makes a big difference to hearing what people are saying and music sounds less dull. I have no idea if this was down to the PQQ but I have found there is a study indicating a protective effect on age related and noise induced hearing loss in mice. Hmm... I cannot judge if there is any effect on my left side because that ear is clogged up with wax which is stuck to the ear drum, Specsaves were unable to remove it so I am on the NHS's ENT 12 month waiting list for its removal ! I will update on this sometime if I notice any improvement on that side.
