I've been rebuilding/renovating my house for nearly ten years... as my wife kindly reminds me regularly every six months...And, I've just finished the next min-project which, was to build an inset cupboard for the microwave. After all no matter how flash they are fundamentally they are a bit of an eyesore on your kitchen worktop.As part of this I wanted to make a drop down door so that items in the microwave could be put on it for checking and thus I arrived at these hinges.They are strong, easy to fit and self close once past the turnover point so no need for extra catches. Happy days.The design means that when closed they are actually just a bit more acute angled than 90 degrees which means you can put a simple backstop at the correct point and the door will be held tight against it. Cool.The slight downside of these is that you need to be accurate when fitting. Unlike Euro-style hinges which can be adjusted once fitted, these cannot. You need to get them in the correct position first. Not the end of the world as it just means you have to use those epic cabinet making skills you've learned from all those YouTube vids you've watched during lockdown...Overall a great quality hinge if this is the kind of thing you need.

Good product but proved not suitable for my application.Returned to Amazon for a refund......still NO refund a month later...not impressed with amazon!!

Decent for the price but not without fault. They dont sit at a perfect 90 degrees, so if you need exact 90 these will need shimming, as we did. They also have 6 screws but from what I see 2 of the holes are under the hinge mechanism so practically impossible to access with the screw, let alone a screw driver. Did what we needed them to but couks have been better.
