High Speed Dispersion Homogenizer 110V FSH-2A Laboratory Disperser Emulsifier

When I first tried to use it, sparks would fly from the base and it would short the circuit and trip the GFCI socket in the kitchen. I unscrewed the base, identified where the contacts were shorting (because they would touch the metal base), used some electrical tape to cover the various exposed contacts and put everything back—now it works like a charm. I am using it for homogenizing—salad dressings come out really amazing, and other purées can be smoothed far beyond what a vitamix blender can do, but in smaller quantities (about 250ml) using the 18mm probe.

The first one we got just randomly burnt out, but they replaced it. Works great. Fun to make your own lotions and other emulsions like fine chocolate.

It is working for our start up cosmetics company helping us to make formulations to test out. Definitely helps having this arrive when I need to make emulsions.

Great product, well worth the money

Don’t buy this. It’s utter garbage. Complete waste of money.

Junk. Broke after 1st use

I just recieved my homogenizer and sounds extremely loud as if its going to explode..if I do it any higher..also it doesn't start right away when I turn it on...i have to turn it all the ways to the center..
