So angry right now. Do not buy this shirt the quality is crap. See photo one pocket is three inches higher than the other pocket. Who would wear this like this? No quality control, threw away my money. DO NOT BUY

The shirts fit well and the colors were great. The problem is the workmanship. The embroidered strips that run down the front of the shirts are mostly not straight. When the pockets were sewn on they were placed crooked so the line is way out of kilter. All four packets are this way so it was not just a mistake, it is part of the manufacturing process or no quality control, I was so pleased with the color and the fit I ordered 4 more in different colors. I will keep the shirts and wear around the house and neighborhood because i like the colors and fit. It is ashamed there is no quality control. The last one I received was missing a button in addition to a lot of loose threads. I will wear the shirts, but not in a social setting. they are comfortable for someone in isolation due to social distancing due to the current pandemic. What a shame NO QUALITY CONTROL.

The navy blue, size large guayabera arrived as advertised. The navy blue color is true as depicted. The shirt looks very nice. Fabric is thin enough to be cool, but nkt too thin, just right. Cant see skin through shirt. The sizing is full cut. I have a 16 1/2" collar size, wear a size 44 sport coat, and usually an XL shirt. A few hawaiian shirts that I have are size large and fit me well, being a full cut, loose fitting style. The guayabera I purchased fits me well in a large size. Because comments said these shirts run larger, I bought one size smaller than my usual size extra large (XL), ordering the large (L) size, which fits well, not being too tight, but slightly and properly loose. My only other comment, which may change, particularly after washing, is that the shirt appears slightly long. Also, since I'm not sure how a traditional guayabera is cut and worn in latin countries, this observation could be wrong. At least its not too short. I'm happy with the styling and the price was right. I'm glad I bought the shirt.

UPDATE:WTF!I originally ordered the 3XL because a 3XL is usually a little large on me and I thought the 4XL would be too baggy. I had to send the 3XL back because the buttons puckered on me. I just got the 4XL in and tried them on...the buttons still pucker, maybe not as much, but come on! 95% who wear an XL with a number in front of it is going to have a belly...allow for that!If I return these and replace them with the 5XL The shoulder seams will be down to my elbow. I also read other reviews saying that the medium is actually a large?!? Save yourself the headache, hassle AND expense (you will pay shipping, even with Prime!) of having to return these shirts and just buy from someone else!AND HEY AMAZON You ask for the reviewer updating to press the "update" button at the bottom of the page to save the changes, but there is no such button. There is a "submit" button lets see if that works...Original:Other reviewers said these were small for their size. I should have listened. Ordinarily a 3XL is a little baggy on me, but 2XLs are a little snug. This fit me like a 2XL, so do order at least a size bigger than you need...maybe 2 sizes bigger. Also, I did have to pay shipping to return these (reason for lower rating). If they were any higher in price I would have never ordered again, but these are reasonable enough in price I was able to overlook that and reordered a size larger.

I normally purchase L shirts, and did that this time. The shirt fits loosely, as a Guayabera should, but it also is fairly long and ends much closer to my knees, than my waist. So, I will get a smaller size next time.When I unwrapped the shirt, it felt very stiff, like denim jeans. But a good washing with fabric softener took care of that. I was disappointed that the description seems to say the shirt is 65% polyester, 35% cotton. The label however says just the opposite, 65% cotton, 35% polyester. I might not have bought it if I had know that, but now that I have it, I wear it.It's a good looking shirt, first day I wore it a guy stopped me in the parking lot at work and asked where I got it, his store no longer carried them.

It's always a little unnerving ordering clothing online. I am picky about my guayaberas and so far, this is favorite guayabera I have found on Amazon. The sizes do run just a bit large but not by much. I actually prefer my guayaberas a little more loose fitting so they fit me perfectly. I have yet to put my guayabera through a wash cycle and I am assuming it may shrink a little. I bought the green shirt, which means I will be buying many other colors of this guayabera.

This is the best guayabera shirt I've had. I have an athlete build and my shirts are pretty tight. This may be just a bit larger than a regular Med. Shirt but this type of shirt is ment for a loose fit. The medium is perfect for me. I've seen some bad reviews, but that's not my take on this shirt I'll be ordering more from this company
