This was a great product for nursing my climbing injury of a pulled finger. The product is easy to tear and adheres how you would hope it to. I wrapped it and climbed with solid success for weeks. It does slide around if wrapped on a part of you that will sweat and then rub against walls though lol.

Nothing special, just good quality, basic and comfortable athletic tape. If you're hairy (like me), its gonna suck coming off, but just yank it off quick and swear once!

Use this tape (3pk) every day to hold up my elastic knee brace - always does exactly what I need it to do. Good adhesive, doesn't peel up or lose its grip as my day progresses. Looks MUCH better than the traditional white tape we all grew up with. **UPDATE** The 4pk of tape seems like a different manufacturer? Tape is thinner this time, much lighter adhesion. I'll go back to ordering the 3pk option next time.

Took them to my volleyball practice and they were absolutely amazing. Really easy to tear off and held up well. The only issue is that the tape isn’t super sticky—it can start to peel off, especially at the ends, which lose adhesion over time. I had to trim the ends to get a clean wrap again (if that makes sense). Other than that, it’s easy to use, functional, and held up during both practice and a volleyball game.

Easy to use tape. Needed to support feet with plantar fasciitis on long hikes. Did its job! Would certainly recommend prewrap our strategically placed gauze to not hurt skin.

Great athletic tape for protecting ankles. Sprained my right ankle very badly and ever since then tape my ankles with this tape and havent had any ankles issues. Does take some knowledge of how to tape an ankle but this tape serves that role well. Durable and comfortable, effective for support ankle.

Although it does rip easily it’s not something I’d repurchase for grappling. The tape is so thin the adhesive will bleed out to the front surface. Bc of this, the seams of the tape are very hard to identify. If you’re grappling, the front will feel just as sticky as the back. It feels very cheap but does the job I guess.

This tape has been a life saver for me as I deal with tendinitis on my ankle. I pair with pre wrap, which has worked well. It doesn't contact my skin directly so I can't comment on that. It lasts well and is easy to tear. I have bought 3 times and will continue with this brand until my ankle heals.
