I did not have a choice about what book to get, but this is very easy to follow and the case studies really do illuminate the chapter material quite effectively.

Little worn but still readable.

For someone who wants to learn about business law, this book isn't as dry as one might expect. It is easy to read and easy to follow. I find it straightforward, and good at explaining concepts to which I have no prior exposure. It's a bit pricey to buy for independent edification, but I recommend it highly to professors in the subject for use in their courses.
