Unfit for purpose - instructions are wrong
States you can use it in the microwave but it does not create steam as it says it will. It just spews the water and vinegar out of the head and floods the microwave.Useage instructions need adjusting as this item is clearly only for use in a fridge.

As previously stated wrong item sent. The one that they did send look Okay.
Unfortunately I had ordered I thought the one that cleans the inside of the microwave. I did not have the energy to return it but gave it to my identified charity shop-mental Health . Unfortunately the one I sent was to use in the fridge.

Unfortunately it doesn't work
We have a fishy smell in our fridge which doesn't go despite repeated cleaning. We had hoped that the Chilly Mama might eradicate or neutralise the odour. It made very little difference
