If you are homeopathy-literate, there is nothing new here. Too many generic and repetitive statements, old data, and some cringing too. The book needs editing TLC (sentences without spaces between them, words missing letters, like "Geman" missing the r). At times the authors seem to mix depression and circumstantial sadness. I was expecting guidelines for the treatment of different disorders - ways for me to contribute and be an informed consumer when working with a trained homeopath - but I found none. I also missed clarity from the authors when discussing different disorders - the book bundles them all together. Finally, too much of the book is spent on anecdotes, which, according to another reviewer come from a previous book, with a different title! I give it two stars instead of one because it may be helpful for the person who never considered homeopathic treatment for psychiatric disorders.

Very good coverage of the current allopathic treatment of mental and emotional disorders, as compared with homeopathic clinical experiences. This is a good reference for patient and homeopathic student or physician alike.

I was thrilled to learn about a healing alternative to all of the confusion we have faced surrounding with our son's early childhood anxieties and behavioral quirks. I love the option to have phone consults with the experts from any where in the world. I enjoyed the Practical Tips section too which rounded out the informative research and anecdotal chapters.

This book is great if you are just investigating alternatives to conventional treatments for these disorders. However, if you are looking for specifics on homeopathic medications to treat these disorders, this is not the book you need.

It turns out to be a remake of another one of their books under a different title! Yeesh!
