Pack of 3 from Crab Lines – Great Fun for the Children at the Sea

My three girls absolutely love crabbing. These are the lines we went with and I have no faults or things I would change.

Thought these were a bit small, but that worked out well as they are easier to travel with. Four of us caught 84 crabs in one session on the Isle of Wight recently. We stopped because the large bucket was full. The weights are a bit light, so I put a small pebble in each bag which helped. My kids and I love crabbing. Best bait is limpets. It's a natural food which crabs love. You don't need a net, just the tide coming in, and a really big bucket. Not a lot of money for a lot of fun. All crabs were released back to the sea.

Not suitable for the job

Good fun for the kids. But spend a little bit extra to get the net with the bait bag. The crabs release their grip when you usethe bait bag only, but with the net you'll catch loads of 🦀 🦀

Tricky to get the bait to stay on, but caught lots of crabs so grandkids were happy

Bought at last minute before heading to coast. Sturdy enough product and easy to use. Doesn't guarantee you will catch any crabs though!
