City Color Nudes Eyeshadow Palette w/ Brush & Mirror #E0027

Colors are accurate to the photo. However, the shimmers are stronger than I expected. When applied with a wet brush (which is how I always apply eyeshadow) the shine is overwhelming in strong light. The matte colors (top row 4th and 6th, bottom row 2nd and 6th) are exactly as I expected.The quality of the shadows is pretty good for the price. They feel silky rather than chalky, and I haven't had any issues with fallouts.

The colors are nice, except one of them was busted all over the other ones and all over the wands. So it was a mess to get that cleaned up before I could actually use the product. Now that it's all cleaned up, I like it. Some of the colors have a nice shimmer to them. It is a lot smaller than I expected from looking at the picture.

Not a high end luxury item so you don't pay a high end price. Nice saturation, colors as expected, and overall pretty pleased. I didn't give 5 stars because I'm considering a comparison with higher end brands. It was as expected from the write up and picture.

I love this palette. The dark mahogany brown is perfect for adding intensity to a brown smokey eye for WOC (women of color). All colors have a smooth buildable consistency that is perfect for someone learning to do their eyemakeup so it doesn't get too intense too quickly. I use the  Photo Chic Brush Set  I considered other nude palettes and have another nude palette from City Color as well, but if I had to choose 1 palette to make a multitude of day-nude or evening-nude looks, my hands would reach for this one. Nice balance of matte and shimmer colors. I know I will have to repurchase this when that warm chocolate brown color is used up! Cruelty-Free product that did little damage to my wallet.I purchased his product with my own money and this is an unbiased review.

It is light and chalky.

Got it for my daughter and she loves it. Looks beautiful when she applies so I guess it's good?

There were 4 shades completely broken up in the package when I got it. Better than what I was expecting based reviews.

Thought it would have more matte shades, was primarily the glittery shades.
