You get 2 of these. The 4-8 indicates there is also a 4 inch long stone available

Q: Will this work with a standard 4-stone Aquascape aerator? They use PSI and airflow but this uses watts to describe power.

What I can tell you is that these are big air stones. I use them in a 55 gallon or 75 gallon tank. So they do make a lot of great bubbles but they do also need a decent air pump to drive them. I used a Tetra Whisper AP 150 deep tank pump, but the ones for probably a 60 gallon or so will work fine. If you use a smaller air pump, you may not get a ton of bubbles out of them. They are great air stones, and hold up well over time.
