Eurocast Professional Cookware 8" 3.5L Casserole Pot with Glass Lid

I first came across the Eurocast by Berghoff line at Sam's Club during a demo. In retrospect, I wish I had purchased the whole set as they were offered at a discount. They are absolutely by far the best non stick pans I have ever used and worth every penny. I wanted a healthier alternative, the pan being a non stick ceramic, PFOA free and the Eurocast line is it. Other non stick ceramics don't come close and I have many over the years. The other alternatives are cast iron(high maintenance) or stainless steel(everything sticks), this on the other hand, literally, can just be wiped clean no matter what I cook in it, that includes making a mac and cheese sauce. I have been on a quest to replace all the pieces in my kitchen with this line and was fortunate to find this at such a great price.

Great pot. Havevused both on the stovetop and in the oven. Recently baked my cornbread in it ... flipped it over and it came right out!

It looks small, but made whole pot of stew in it last night. I love that it isn't as heavy as my cast iron & is very easy to clean.
