It's so important to make sure you buy your Mr Steam products from an approved distributor so you can register your products for the warranty! This company is on Mr Steam's website, and the owner was incredibly helpful and quick to answer my questions.

I always buy this unit for my projects and never have a call from my costumer to come and take care of it . Maybe after 5 years.

Mr Steam is a big rip off.
The Steam generator we purchased from Mr Steam did not show up in working order and when we called technical support they could not help us. then they gave us the phone number of a boiler company that will aide us in getting the unit up and running, but we would need to pay them??? for a new unit??? there unit does not show up intact and the unit has the worst warrantee i have ever heard of. i would never buy this unit again or anything Mr Steam manufacturers. because they do not stand by there products.

Great Customer Service
We added a new steam room to our home and our contractor swore by this unit. We did have a problem with it and it stopped working shortly after install, BUT Mr. Steam took care of it and had a new unit installed in about 1.5 weeks, installed by Mr. Steam's preferred service company, free of charge.. Personally, I received very good customer service. I read the other reviews about poor customer service so maybe the company took heed and is doing a better job. For me, they stood behind their product. And so far so good on the new unit. It works like a boss!

I have been using my MrSteam for now 2 years and never had any issues. The customer service is just outstanding considering that the installation needs to be done from sepeate contractor - most of them have their own way of doing things and it’s far from being perfect. As a real estate agent I can only recommend reliable vendors when needed and so far I have been very content with MrSteam. Energy wise it’s also cost efficient. Thanks

repair service
I had a lingering problem with a brand new unit. After several attempts to repair on site, I contacted the factory. They asked that I return it directly to them. They effected the repair immediately and returned it to me. Great service!!!
