Great health support
I have used different products over the years and found most to be lacking in how well they worked. This has never disappointed me as it always works as advertised. If you need something to help regulate your own system, this is a great choice. It took a day or so to get used to the fiber in my glass, however, once I did, it was easy to take. I have found that as I drink it, I add a bit of water just before I take a drink. And I have had no side effects that I often got when I used another product.
