Two thumbs up!!
I am a lecturer in Communication at a University in Trinidad and Tobago and this book forms part of the compulsory reading for students. The book comprehensively explains the strategies, theories and concepts in Crisis Communication and provides numerous case studies and critiques of crises and how they were handled. Two thumbs up!

A must read for anyone in the reputation business
This is a must read for anyone working in corporate communications and is in the reputation business. The case studies are well selected, hugely insightful and very relevant to our modern day global and digital media. Working in corporate communications for 15 years this book is of great value. I guest lecture in Crisis Management at Regent's University London and Andrew Griffin's latest books is top of the reading list for my students.
