Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move Senna Capsules, 50-Count Bottle (Pack of 2)

Somethings that I normally don't talk about. And, this is one of the things that I don't discuss. But, here we go. I needed something that would allow me to do what coffee (caffeinated) used to do. I had to drop my caffein habit. What a relief when I found "Smooth Move." The box states to take 2, at a minimum. I decided that 1 would not be a bad way to start. It worked! I took it at night before I bunked down for the evening. When morning came, things worked. I'm sure that 2 or 3 capsules would work as well, but with one, I was happy and relieved. Note: on some occasions, 1 capsule did not work, but on the next day, it worked like no one's business.

I used to use a more expensive seneca product but this stuff works!! I have suggested it to everyone I know. Try it I’ll be shocked if it doesnt work for you. To all my ibs c hotties, good luck
